Leilani

Caught the close cows Sunday as several know. It's
a lot of fun catching them with horses. Tami brought Sammy out and I took 3 of outs. Leilani had a good day. She splashed through water and mud with no problem. Tami wanted to do something with her foot so since I was going to be 0ver there anyway I took Leilani. After we got done with the foot we saddled up to ride so we could see how her foot was doing. When I get her bridle on I toss the reins over her neck and get on. It's a big toss but she doesn't care. This time when I threw them on she jumped about 3 feet. I thought this could be an interesting ride. We were all over the place. She worked hard doing nothing and I worked hard trying to keep her going. When we got done we were both soaked in sweat. It wasn't that hot either. After we started I realized Lelani was in heat and it was a big one. Then this morning Leilani was limping on the foot. That has had me upset all day.
