dog farm

Went to Stan's farm after the sale to look at his dogs. He's got probably 26. I got a ton of pictures and am going to sort through them and send some on. Of course I got pictures of Big Dave, Buzzie's dad, and Bernie, his mom. I can only sort of tell Bernie because so many look like her but I can tell Big Dave. I got pictures of Hose B, his Peke Chihuahua cross. It's really tiny. There's also a bunch of pictures of his greyhounds.

Elena

They had 2 sales this week. The regular one and a night sale on Tuesday. Elena wasn't too thrilled when I got her Tuesday afternoon. I can read horsey language and she was saying we'd just been up there. Once there she did her usual good job but she and I were both about tired. When it got dark she started getting scared so eventually I got off. We didn't get home until about midnight which for me is like 4 in the morning. Today Tami brought some horses out which are over west if anyone's interested. We looked at Cass and Elena. The whole time we were in the pen Elena kept her eye on me and was careful to keep either Cass or Tami between us. Tami says Cass will be a couple more weeks.

BUZZ

Buzz went with us to the sale. He was sort of brave. He got scare going into the pens and stuck close to Claire. He ended up getting carried by Tami. Buzz has never been to good with cows. He's more of a goat and horse dog. Then he got scared by Ernie, one of the town dogs. It's tough to be cocky when you're running from everything. We put him back in the pickup so he didn't get run over. Stanley got a new dog. He named it Hose B. I said that's not fair because I was saving the name for the next black cat.

Cass

Cassy's udder has liquid. It's clear so it's not milk but she's getting closer. Elena is doing a good job at the sale. We haven't had much of a problem for several weeks but as soon as she reads this she'll think of something. Tami has her mother's horse for some training. I saw the horse and it's really got a big belly. Looks like how pigs looks before they got wormed. Tami had her preg checked today and she's pregnant. Oops. Leilani is going to see her doctor tomorrow. We haven't been there for awhile and her wrap is wearing out. I've been taking Leilani for walks and Leilani loves them. A little too much. She's ready to run. since I won't let her she makes do by rearing and kicking. Fun for her, less for me.
